Born and raised in LBI Region of NJ, Lisa G Lopez has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that’s transformed the area into one of the Jersey Shore’s most sought-after destinations. Lisa understands the numerous intangible benefits of living on the Jersey Shore with its unmatched natural beauty and quality of life.
Lisa’s exceptional knowledge of real estate gained throughout her 25+ year career coupled with her intimate knowledge of the market, make her the area’s unequivocal go-to resource for real estate needs. Lisa has an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Stockton University and also holds a Broker's license and real estate instructor’s license. Lisa has extensive experience in retail sales, investment sales and working with buyers. Her specialty is in foreclosures, REO management and property management. Lisa services the Ocean County area and specializes in the areas of Manahawkin, Long Beach Island and Little Egg Harbor/Tuckerton.
Lisa earned the Million Dollar Sales Club award for 1997, 1999, 2000 and 2001 and The Circle of Excellence Sales Award for 2002—2015. In 2016—2018 Lisa was awarded The Circle of Excellence Sales Award Platinum level for sales in excess of $20 Million.
In 2018, Lisa received the prestigious Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation, the premier brokerage management credential in the industry. The CRB is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official designation of the National Association of REALTORS®. Lisa joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the CRB designation. All were required to complete a comprehensive program combining experience with management education and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics
Lisa leads the Ocean County Subgroup of the South Jersey Investors Group, known as SJREIA , where she educates investors each month on buying investment properties. In addition, Lisa founded Heels & Hammers; a RE Investing Group focused on educating and enriching the woman investor.
Lisa believes in continuing education and spends at least 40 hours per year in continuing education classes for real estate.
Lisa likes to give back to the community in which she was raised in. She is a member of the following organizations: Girl Scouts of Ocean County, Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce (SOCCC), National Women Business Owners Corp (NWBOC), Nation-al Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), National Association of Realtors (NAR), American Cancer Society (ACS), Manahawkin United Methodist Church.
