Contract Coordinator

Our real estate brokerage is seeking a highly motivated Contract Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess an NJ Real Estate Broker or Salesperson license and a college degree. Candidate must have sales experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, share our core values, and demonstrate strength in:

This is a full-time position based out of our Manahawkin office. Salary commensurate with experience.

  • Advise clients about mortgage options and help them fill out the requisite paperwork to expedite the home buying process
  • Attend closing and provide support for client
